RETURN CLAIM PROCEDURE

AND HAVE YOUR TRANSACTION ID # FROM YOUR PACKING SLIP AND ITEMS YOU WISH TO RETURN AVAILABLE.

2. ONCE YOUR REQUEST IS RECEIVED WE WILL EMAIL YOU A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#), AND THEN YOU CAN SHIP THE RETURN GOODS BACK USING AN INSURABLE TRACEABLE CARRIER OF YOUR PREFERENCE. WRITE THE RN# ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE RETURNED BOX.
