WARRANTY POLICY

IF THE PRODUCT IS FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE UNDER NORMAL USE AND PROPER CARE, THE WHOSOEVERS WILL REPAIR OR REPLACE THE PRODUCT AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION. THE DECISION TO REPLACE OR REPAIR A PRODUCT IS MADE BY THE THE WHOSOEVERS WARRANTY DEPARTMENT AFTER RECEIPT OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. IF AN IDENTICAL REPLACEMENT PRODUCT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WILL DISCUSS THE OPTIONS WITH YOU, TO REPLACE WITH A COMPARABLE PRODUCT. APPAREL AND ACCESSORIES WARRANTY POLICY: THE WHOSOEVERS APPAREL AND ACCESSORIES ARE WARRANTED AGAINST DEFECTS IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP FOR 60 DAYS FROM THE ORIGINAL DATE OF PURCHASE.
WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID WITH A PROOF OF PURCHASE FROM AN AUTHORIZED DEALER (COPY OF RECEIPT OR BANK STATEMENT REFLECTING AUTHORIZED DEALER ALSO ACCEPTED). THE WHOSOEVERS WARRANTY PROGRAM DOES NOT COVER ANY DEFECTS DUE TO IMPROPER FIT AND ANY ALTERATION TO THE PRODUCT WILL VOID WARRANTY. THIS WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER AND DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE FROM NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, ACCIDENTS, ABUSE, OR THE NORMAL BREAKDOWN OF COLORS AND MATERIALS. A VALID PROOF OF PURCHASE (RECEIPT OR BANK STATEMENT) MUST BE PRESENTED WITH ALL CLAIMS FOR WARRANTY SERVICES. WE RECOMMEND THAT PURCHASERS FIRST PROCESS THEIR WARRANTY VIA AN EMAIL TO [email protected] TO OBTAIN A WARRANTY AUTHORIZATION.
